First Visit

We are so pleased to welcome you as a patient!  Most first visits generally last about two hours.  If you are scheduled for testing you may speak with our clinical staff about any questions or concerns that you may have.  We do our best to prepare you for testing, however skin testing is not indicated for all conditions.  Your doctor must make that decision when they see you and a second visit, lab work or referral may be the appropriate next step.

Next, contact your primary care doctor to request a referral if your health plan requires one to help ensure problem-free billing and better overall visit satisfaction.  Request any previous lab reports or CT scan reports related to your visit from other doctors be sent over to us before the visit.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to so we may process your registration. Please be advised that our office may charge a missed appointment fee for all appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. A charge of $25.00 may be assessed for follow up appointments. A charge of $50.00 may be assessed for all new patient and testing appointments.

Payment for copays and most deductibles are collected at the time of visit.  We only receive basic information from many health plans, so you may want to contact them for clarification of complete benefits.  An estimate of your visit can be provided before you come in upon request.  Ask about our new payment plans designed to take the stress out of high deductible plans. Please be aware that if you have a deductible through your insurance, you will have to pay a deposit of $150.00 for a new patient visit. Any remaining balance will be billed after insurance processing. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
